Wests Tigers are committed to supporting the community by promoting the values of the Club's Community Program. The Wests Tigers aim to use the power of that the club possesses as an elite NRL organisation to be able to enrich the lives of those in our community.
Currently, Wests Tigers runs a range of programs spanning across a broad spectrum of the community focussing on the six key pillars of the community strategy.
This strategy is continually evolving as the club grows its community involvement.
Donations of time and goods are made to hospitals, charities, local schools, junior football Clubs and other community organisations each year. Due to the amount of applications the Club receives, Wests Tigers can't guarantee an application will be successful.
It is for this reason the Club will only accept one donation request per organisation per year.
Your request must satisfy at least one of the following points to be considered;
— You are a selected Wests Tigers Charity Partner.
— You are a part of a local Rugby league Club or school in the Balmain, Macarthur and Group 6 regions
— You are a representative of a Community and Charity groups within the Wests Tigers footprint.
Please note that Wests Tigers do not offer cash donations or sponsorships, or receive personal requests for birthdays, weddings or anniversaries.
Wests Tigers do not accept any merchandise sent to the Wests Tigers office for the purpose of autographing without prior approval. Any item received will be returned to the individual and no responsibility will be taken for the property.
Requests will not be taken over the phone.
The Wests Tigers receive numerous requests from individuals who have fallen on hard times or who have family or friends who have been involved in heartbreaking medical or life changing situations. Whilst the Club will endeavour to assist as many of these people as possible, unfortunately not all requests will be successful.
Please see the above points regarding points of consideration.
