Members who signed up or renewed before the 15th of November should be receiving their packs before Christmas.
Packs are scheduled to arrive late next week in the lead up to Christmas.
We recommend that if your Membership is a Christmas gift and you have any concerns that the pack may not arrive in time, that you contact the Membership Team to organise a Christmas gift certificate.
