Good to see all these young blokes getting a run. I agree with others though, that Moltzen iS no fullback. Would like to see the Captain committed and signed up beyond this year. Management should be looking at stability. Please prioritise retaining our best players. This team needs Farah.February 15 2013 5:07 PM

If Tim Moltzon has learnt to catch under pressure and stops turning his head away from a collision he should be the fullback , time will tellFebruary 15 2013 4:02 PM

Dunno if Ted is fully fit just at the moment but give him time.February 15 2013 9:39 AM

Tedesco for FB. Moltzen is a good player but Tedesco needs to be made the permanent long stayer! Consistency this year would be instrumental for the times this season because the front row is suffering so the backs NEED to gel!February 15 2013 5:00 AM

Looks like this team is something good to work with. Moltzen has failed before at fullback. Can't handle the high ball and struggles with a grubber. I reckon he would make the ideal interchange back.February 14 2013 8:41 PM

johnb is right we should of gave john grant a run at first grade he is a big loss but in saying that we do need a permanent halfback and i reckon anasta needs to play lock end of story.February 14 2013 7:22 PM

JohnB, I do hope you realise the hypocrisy in your comment. 'all they can do is criticise'; Think you need to re-read your own comment 'Tedesco is not good enough for first grade and won't last the season'.You would be the only one that said anything negative about a player.February 14 2013 7:12 PM

Agree with my PNG Wantok...Braith Anasta is a play maker and should compliment Robbie, Benji and Jacob. Adam Blair on the other hand is a ball runner and should in the hard running up front.February 14 2013 6:08 PM

hey im the biggest wests fan going but why do the same players who underperformed last year get 1st crack this year.i mean timmy moltzon is a fair utility player but a starting fullback he is not.i i think we need to go with tedesco that way moltzon on the bench can cover a number of positions if injury occurs. Can miller take his chance this year he had a few chances last year and under performed.February 14 2013 6:08 PM

JohnB

No I'm not kidding tcogger. Tedesco is not good enough for first grade and won't last the season. We had an absolute dynamite winger/fullback prospect in John Grant but he was not given a fair go. In the limited number of games John Grant played last year, he still scored some 16 tries and he was faster and stronger than any other back in the league. Pity some supporters are so biased against players, all they can do is criticise instead of recognising true skill !February 13 2013 8:54 PM
