As a league player, Sean Meaney is passionate, competitive and determined, a man who loves getting in the face of his opponents.
“It is pretty much win at all costs. I hate losing so I do everything I can in my power to be a winner,’’ Meaney said.
Off the field, Meaney is humble, well spoken and polite, a man who has a heart of gold who helps teach children how to swim. He also gains plenty of inspiration through working with disabled children.
“They just keep getting up every day and doing what they do. If I can be half the person they are, then I am succeeding in life,’’ Meaney said.
As part of our ‘One on One’ series, Meaney also spoke about his nine NRL games since 2010 to his thoughts on a Wests Tigers team playing in the NSW Cup team in 2013.
