It will be great to see the club playing at Bathurst. All trials should be played at a rural venue. WESTS TIGERS.January 14 2013 8:05 AM

Trial matches will always have an element of risk and like it or not are here to stay; I too would prefer not to play them but resigned to the fact that they are nevetheless good opportunities to have a glimpse of the combinations of players might look like that you wouldn't see in a normal training run.January 13 2013 9:41 AM

Not a big fan of trial matches, think there is to much risk - dont you agree that the training schedules, have enuff skill and match knowledge, than to put players bodies on the line. Im confussed, when i played AFL (16yrs) we were taught enuff skill and game play to have us win 3 premierships - we didnt go putting ourselves on the field so other teams could target us - and cause injury....if you cant work out how your team or your coaching staff work now, then your in for along year.....just my thoughtsJanuary 12 2013 4:50 PM
