Wests Tigers are advising Members and fans of a change of schedule for the Club’s Round 21 Holden Cup game against the Melbourne Storm at Campbelltown Sports Stadium.

At the request of Melbourne, Wests Tigers have agreed to move the Holden Cup game that was scheduled to take place prior to NRL on the Monday night to Saturday 2 August.

The Holden Cup game will still be played at Campbelltown Sports Stadium, with kick-off now at 1.15pm on Saturday 2 August.

Gates will open at 1.10pm, with the Holden Cup game taking place ahead of Western Suburbs Magpies Ron Massey Cup clash with Mounties at 3pm. Entry to the ground is $10, with tickets available at the gate.

The movement has created a great opportunity for Wests Tigers next group of young stars to play on the big stage with the Brydens Lawyers Wests Tigers Academy set to be in action ahead of NRL on the Monday night.

The Brydens Lawyers Wests Tigers Academy is for players aged either 16 or 17 that have played Harold Matthews or SG Ball football this season for Western Suburbs or Balmain.

The side will take on St George Illawarra’s High Performance Unit as the curtain raiser for the Wests Tigers and Melbourne Storm game, with kick-off at 5.15pm.

Gates open at 5.10pm on the Monday night with the game raising funds for Simon Dwyer who suffered a career-ending injury in 2011.

$5 from every adult ticket, and $5 from every family ticket sold will go to Simon, with tickets currently available from www.proticket.com.au or through GearZone Macarthur Square and Concord.
