After a disappointing last start defeat to the Bulldogs in Round 19, Wests Tigers will look to bounce back against the North Sydney Bears on Saturday, July 26.

The hosts only played the Bears two weeks ago — running away with a 42-24 victory on the day — which will no doubt give them plenty of confidence heading into this week’s clash.

And with a top-four spot on the line after their 28-18 loss last week, look for Wests Tigers to come out firing and look to leave no doubts about their premiership aspirations.

Read on for a full preview of the match including all the key match details, team news for both teams plus statistical analysis and more.

Coach’s Comment

“We set benchmarks in defence this year and we just haven’t come through on that in the last few weeks. We’ve got to get that back this week, and I’ll be looking to see a big improvement in the aggression we show in defence. Everyone that plays this week has to atone for last week…” (Paul Fletcher, NSW Cup Coach)
