Wests Tigers NRL Coach Mick Potter has named his side to take on the Melbourne Storm in their Round 21 clash on Monday, August 4 at Campbelltown Sports Stadium.
Kickoff for the match is scheduled for 7:00pm AEST.
The match will be played as a tribute match to former Wests Tigers player Simon Dwyer, with $5 from every adult and family ticket going towards Simon.
The NRL have also committed to financially matching ticket sales for the match.
