Wests Tigers are pleased to announce the signings of Kevin Naiqama for the 2015 season and Chance Peni for 2015 and 2016.

Both players have signed second-tier NRL contracts with the Club and will significantly bolster the depth of outside backs in the Wests Tigers squad.

Naiqama joins the Club following a one-year stint with the Penrith Panthers, where he scored seven tries in eight NRL appearances and was a key member of the NSW Cup premiership-winning side.

The 25-year-old talented outside back made his NRL debut for the Newcastle Knights in 2010, where he played 15 first grade games over three seasons.

Naiqama has also represented Fiji on numerous occasions; including the mid-season Test Match against Samoa this year and also the 2013 Rugby League World Cup.

Peni played for the Newcastle Knights Holden Cup side this year, with the side finishing the regular season as minor premiers before their elimination in the second week of the finals series.

Primarily a centre, Peni was recently selected in the Junior Kiwis train-on squad for the upcoming match against the Junior Kangaroos.

The 20-year-old played his junior football with Wests Newcastle and is an exciting addition to the playing roster for next season.

Both players will join the Wests Tigers full time squad when pre-season training commences early November.
