Wests Tigers fullback James Tedesco says he's looking forward to this week's test against the Bulldogs — both for the team, and for himself personally.

Having just come off a tough match against the South Sydney Rabbitohs, both with the kicking game of Adam Reynolds and the dynamic running of Greg Inglis, Tedesco said he's excited for the opportunity to test himself again this week against the Bulldogs.

"Definitely looking forward the challenge," he said.

"Last week and this week are probably the benchmark when it comes to kicking games, you really have to be on your toes for all they'll throw at you.

"Positional-wise, it's a big test, but I'll work on it a bit more with Mitch [Moses] and [Luke] Brooksy and be ready for it come Friday night."
