Wests Tigers NRL Head Coach Jason Taylor spoke to the media on Thursday ahead of his side's Round 15 match against the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles.

Following their strong performances in State of Origin Game II on Wednesday night, Taylor was asked about whether Aaron Woods and Robbie Farah would be included on Friday night, and said there were promising signs for both players after the match.

"The word on Aaron is that he came through the game pretty well," said Taylor.

"We need confirmation once the guys get back to Sydney and our physiotherapist can check them over, but Aaron looks pretty good [to back-up."

Originally not named following his shoulder injury suffered in Game I, Farah would be given every possible chance to prove his fitness for Friday night's game, with Taylor unsure whether the hooker would be able to back-up and play against the Sea Eagles.

"We're just going to have to wait and see [with Robbie]," Taylor said.

"He got a bit of a knock towards the end of the game, but I haven't spoken to him yet.

"He said he was feeling good after the game, so we'll see how it pulls up."

"We've definitely missed Robbie in the games that he hasn't played this year," he added, "but last week the guys developed into that role who have been playing there.

"Dene Halatau and Manaia Cherrington really developed into that, and gave a great performance last week, so I don't feel that it's as big an issue not having Robbie there.

"We'll make a call on Robbie is based on his body, rather than that we need him to play."
