Wests Tigers winger David Nofoaluma spoke to the media ahead of his 50th NRL game, saying the team were desperate to improve on last week's performance.

Of particular focus for Nofoaluma — who has nine tries in nine games at Campbelltown Sports Stadium — was his combination with centre partner Kevin Naiqama after the pair received plenty of traffic down the right edge last Sunday against the Canterbury Bulldogs.

"Kev and I had a good talk and did some video with the coaches," he said.

"Getting that right is something that we're going to be working on this week and we've got make sure that we put that into action on Saturday."

"We're going to come out trying to play our best footy.

"This is our home game at Campbelltown Sports Stadium, so we've got to own that and bring our best footy to play on Saturday against the Newcastle Knights."

Saturday arvo footy returns to Campbelltown this week when we take on the Knights!
