It might only be Round 20, but Kevin Naiqama says his team have a finals-like mentality for Sunday's big game against the St. George-Illawarra Dragons.
Feeling fresh after the bye weekend and confident after resurrecting their season to now sit just two points outside the top eight, Naiqama says Sunday's clash against the Dragons — who sit extremely close to Wests Tigers on the ladder — is a crucial one for both teams.
"For us, we know every week is a semi-final," Naiqama enthused today.
"Our Septembers starts this weekend.
"We know how many games we have to win to make the finals and that starts against the Dragons. It's not going to be easy, but we want to give it a red hot crack."
