Wests Tigers Intrust Super Premiership Coach Paul Stringer has finalised his side for Sunday's do-or-die Semi Final game against Mounties RLFC at Leichhardt Oval.

Kickoff for the match is at 3:15pm AEST with live TV coverage via Fox Sports 1.

Stringer has made just one change to the team originally named during the week, with Holden Cup centre Tony Tali brought into the side in place of Tyler Cassel (knee injury).

That change is the only one to the team that beat Wyong in last week's Elimination Final.

Meanwhile, Mounties will be without forward Paul Vaughan following his inclusion in Canberra's first-grade Elimination Final win over the Penrith Panthers last night. He is replaced in the starting side by Rhys Kennedy, with Glen Buttriss coming on to the interchange bench.

The winner of Sunday's game will feature in the Intrust Super Premiership Grand Final at Pirtek Stadium on Sunday, September 25 against the winner of the Jets-Cutters Semi Final.
