Wests Tigers exciting Holden Cup forward Thomas Mikaele has been named in the Queensland State of Origin Emerging Under 20 Squad for 2017.

The highly-rated forward joined the Club in 2017 from Keebra Park High School, having previously represented the Australian Schoolboys and Queensland U/18s twice already.

Able to play either prop or second row, Mikaele is an exciting prospect that Wests Tigers fans should keep an eye on in 2017, and the Club would like to congratulate him on his selection.
