Competition - NRL. Round - Round 1. Teams - South Sydney Rabbitohs v Wests Tigers. Date - 3rd of March 2017. Venue - ANZ Stadium

After missing last week's loss to the Penrith Panthers with illness, Wests Tigers prop Tim Grant says he's ready to return this week against the Canberra Raiders — a much-needed boost for Jason Taylor's men as they head to the nation's capital.

Forced to watch the 34-2 defeat from home, the 29-year-old confirmed he's in much better health this week, and revealed how tough it was to watch last week's loss as a spectator.

“It’s tough, always hard not being out there or being able to contribute but in saying that its’ each week, it’s a challenge in the NRL,” Grant. said

“Penrith showed in Week One that if your attitude's not right you come out and get taught a lesson [and] that’s what happened to us Round Two.”

"Canberra are probably one of the biggest packs in the NRL, but we know what our strengths are and we’ll work towards that," he continued.
