Wests Tigers forward Sauaso Sue says he’s ready to back up after last week’s loss and take on St. George-Illawarra Dragons this Sunday afternoon at ANZ.

Sue wore a stitched lip in front of the media today, a result of a head clash last game but assured that he was preparing well for this week and ready for a tough encounter on Sunday.

“They’ve been good, they’ve been really tough and they’ve been working the other teams middles pretty well,” said Sue of the Dragons. “(Paul Vaughan’s) been massive for them as he brings heaps of impact. We need to make sure we’re on our toes this week and handle them."

Playing under Interim Head Coach Andrew Webster for the second time this week, Sue said he wasn't getting drawn in my the potential distraction of who is in charge of the team.

“Webby is a really good coach, he's given us all the confidence we need,” he said.

“We’re focused on performing on the weekend, that’s our main focus. Us playing group sticking together, backing who ever coaches and making sure we do our role.”
