Wests Tigers forward Tim Grant said he can't wait to get stuck in this Sunday against the Parramatta Eels having missed the last four games with a hamstring injury.

Having not played since the Club's heartbreaking loss to the Cronulla Sharks in Round 15, the 29-year-old said he was chomping at the bit to get back out there on the field with the team.

"I think we've improved a lot over the last month," Grant reflected.

"I think we've been in most of the games we've played, and obviously we got a good win in there against Newcastle. But we're on the right track and we just need to keep working.

"I think it's just part of rugby league now. In today's climate you're only a couple of games off an injury but in saying that, you're also only a couple of games off coming back as well.

"So I just got stuck in to the rehab and I'm ready to go now."

Be there at ANZ Stadium on Sunday, July 23 when we take on the Parramatta Eels!
