Wests Tigers forward Sauaso Sue says while the results might not have been there lately, it's clear to see an improved performance from the side over recent weeks.

Sue will return from a one-week suspension this Sunday against the Gold Coast Titans and says the team are definitely finishing the year strong under Head Coach Ivan Cleary.

"I think the last few games everyone has started to gel really well," he said.

"Just with the new structures that Ivan has brought in to the team.

"I think the future definitely looks prominent for Wests Tigers.

"The intensity at training has really gone up and everyone is buying in to the structures.

"And I think that's slowly showing on the field — we're definitely improving.

"The vibe's pretty good at training after that one, to be honest," he added.

"We've just got to stay positive and try to finish the season off strong.

"We've got to work hard together and try end this year on a high."
