Jeremy Marshall-King will become Wests Tigers Player #208 when he makes his first-grade debut this evening against the NZ Warriors at Leichhardt Oval.
Having originally been named amongst the reserves, Marshall-King will come on to the interchange bench for his debut, with Elijah Taylor (shoulder) ruled out of the game.
A graduate of the Club’s Holden Cup system in 2015, Marshall-King has spent the past two seasons in the Club’s Intrust Super Premiership side — establishing himself as a vital member of the squad with his ability to play a number of positions on the field.
Originally used as a playmaker, Marshall-King has spent the 2017 season playing at hooker and will likely fill that role again in tandem with Jack Littlejohn tonight.
The All Saints Tongabbie Tigers junior who played his junior representative football with Balmain, Marshall-King is also the younger brother of Life Member Benji Marshall.
Marshall-King will become the sixth player to make their first-grade debut at Wests Tigers this season, and the 10th player to Wests Tigers First-Grade Players List in 2017.
