Wests Tigers NYC Holden Cup captain Daniel Peck has capped off a superb season by picking up two awards at the Club’s 2017 Presentation Night this evening.

In addition to being named the Club’s Holden Cup Player of the Year, Peck was also voted by teammates as the Holden Cup Players’ Player for season 2017.

A Toukley Hawks junior who progressed through the junior grades at Balmain, Peck has remarkably missed just one game of Holden Cup in the past two years, and handled his additional responsibilities as captain this year with aplomb.

In 23 games this year, Peck finished with the second most tackles out of any player in the Holden Cup competition — averaging over 40 per game — while also adding 11 try-assists, five linebreaks, nine linebreak assists and four tries throughout the year.

Wests Tigers would like to congratulate Daniel Peck on his superb Holden Cup season!
