Match Report: Lisa Fiaola Cup Semi-Finals vs Steelers

Wests Tigers have defeated Illawarra Steelers 32-14 at Leichhardt Oval to book a place in the Lisa Fiaola Cup Grand Final.

The Tigers ran out convincing winners posting seven tries to three after leading 16-6 at half time.

The Steelers were first to score when halfback Ella Greatz found the line to make it 6-0 after seven minutes, before the 'home' side went on a try scoring frenzy.

Fullback Rhiannon Bonner opened the scoring for the Tigers after 10 minutes, and that would be the first of seven unanswered tries.

Leading 32-6 the match was all but done and dusted before the Steelers ran in two tries in the final 10 minutes.

Wests Tigers will play the Bulldogs, who defeated the Knights 22-4 in the other semi-final, in the Lisa Fiaola Cup Grand Final.
