Who will benefit from the pledge funds?
All 2020 Membership funds that are pledged will remain with the Club and will ensure the financial stability of the Club as it emerges from the COVID-19 pandemic. The funds also ensure that we will be able to maintain a high level of service and provide maximum value for our Members in the future.
What happens if I am part of the partial payment program?
Members who use the partial payment program still need to complete the form. After completion, a Member of our team will email you with an updated payment restart date, amount outstanding with debit success and final payment date of which you will need to respond ‘I Approve’ for this to recommence. Members who use this program can also email our team via membership@weststigers.com.au to advise that they would like to pledge and have their payment plan resumed.
Which Membership types does the pledge effect?
The pledge is for any Member who has game access as part of their 2020 Membership package, this includes paper ticket packages, such as, Tamworth, North of the Border, Magic Round and New Zealand.
What happens if game access returns for Members in 2020?
Wests Tigers will continue to be guided by the NRL and Government regulations regarding the return of crowds to home games. Rest assured we will continue to keep our Members informed via email and on www.weststigers.com.au as more information comes to hand.
Will I retain my same seat in 2021?
In order to retain your same seat for 2021, Members are required to renew their Membership before the same seat cut-off date, approximately November 2020. All ticketed Members will be advised of the exact date closer to the time.
What other options do I have besides pledging my 2020 Membership?
