Getting to know you

Wests Tigers are committed to providing the best possible, personalised and individualised experience for our Members and fans.

As part of this ongoing commitment we want to find out more about you which will in turn allow our staff to service you better, provide you with relevant communications and offer you experiences based on your likes and interests.

We also have a focus on working with our current partners and acquiring new partners to enhance the experience of our Members and fans with offers, promotions and discounts that will add value to however you engage with Wests Tigers.

Wests Tigers want to put you, our Members and fans, at the forefront of our decision making so the more we hear from you the more we can help you be involved with our great club.

All of the above will be captured in a campaign called “Getting to Know You”. Therefore the next time you see an email, a social media post or another form of communication with the title of “Getting to Know You” you will be aware of what it’s all about. Most surveys will only take a couple of minutes at the most but the information gathered really helps us progress forward as a club, so we really appreciate your time.
