About Wests Tigers

Wests Tigers is an NRL Club based in the Inner West and South West Sydney, formed at the end of the 1999 NRL season as a result of a joint- venture between the Balmain Tigers and Western Suburbs Magpies. To read more about our club’s great history, click here.


Wests Tigers will provide multiple opportunities for Members to get autographs from their favourite players in the 2022 season including 2022 Members Day, post-match functions, away events and more!

Away Memberships

Away Memberships are the best option for Members who live in Queensland or Victoria and are looking to purchase tickets to our away games played in these respective states. Please note these Membership packs do not come with tickets; rather a Ticketek voucher that Members can use online to purchase their own tickets. An Away Membership also includes a 2022 Membership pack, along with access to all exclusive Member benefits.

Concession Membership

To qualify for a Concession Membership, you must hold a Department of Social Services, Pensioner Concession or current full-time Student Card. Wests Tigers retains the authority to request proof of identity and eligibility at any point.

Wests Tigers will be continued to be guided by the New South Wales Government, New South Wales Health Orders and the NRL in relation to regulations and restrictions that may impact our Members.

In accordance with Government health requirements in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the following applies to members who either purchase or are allocated a ticket to enter a stadium for a match (depending on the status of the Government health requirements which may change from time to time):

  • Each Membership card will include the capture of the Member’s contact details for tracing and tracking purposes
  • Members may be required to digitally check-in via a QR Code system as mandated by New South Wales Health

Family Membership

A Family Membership is the most cost-effective way to take your family to Wests Tigers home games. A Family Membership is comprised of two (2) adults and two to four (2-4) juniors aged between 5-15 years old. Please note that all family Members must have their name and date of birth on their Membership account. Wests Tigers retains the right to withhold sending your Membership pack until these details are updated. Failure to update your details will result in the cancellation of your 2022 Family Membership.

Game Access

2022 Wests Tigers Members can attend designated home games by scanning their 2022 Membership card. If you forget your Membership Card at home, you can scan the PDF version of your card that is emailed when your pack is on its way. If you are unable to locate this email, please come and visit our friendly Membership team at the game.

General Admission Membership

By purchasing a General Admission Membership, you are guaranteed entry into package designated games in 2022. Please note that a General Admission Membership does not guarantee you a physical seat.

Junior Membership

A child is eligible for a Junior Membership if they are aged between 5 and 15 years at the date of purchase. Please note that a name and date of birth is required for each junior Member. Failure to provide this data will result in the Membership pack not being sent and Wests Tigers retain the authority to cancel this Membership. Please note children aged below five years old do not require a Membership or ticket providing that they are seated on their parent’s lap and do not take up a seat.

Lost Membership Card

If you misplace or lose your 2022 Membership card you can attend home games using the PDF version of your Membership card. If you would prefer the physical card you are able to order a replacement for $10 by calling our Membership team on (02) 8741 3300.

Member Behaviour

All Wests Tigers Members agree to be bound by the Members Code of Conduct and behave in a manner that enhances the reputation of the brand, rather than diminish it. Any Member who is found to be in breach of this code will have their Membership cancelled without a financial refund. To read the full Member Code of Conduct, please click here.

Member Loyalty Program

Wests Tigers values all their Members and rewards loyalty through a program which considers consecutive Membership tenure, commencing from 2007. Once Members reach certain milestones they will receive a commemorative item from the club. To view our Member Loyalty program, click here.

Membership Pack

All 2022 Wests Tigers Members will receive a Membership core pack which can be viewed at the time of purchase. As we work with an overseas supplier your Membership pack will take between four and five weeks to arrive following your purchase. You will receive an email once your pack is on its way. To receive your Membership pack before Christmas you must renew before 15th November, 2021.

Membership Renewal

All 2021 Wests Tigers Members will have the opportunity to have their Membership automatically renewed for the 2022 season on October 11. Alternatively, Members can renew their Membership online via the Wests Tigers Membership website or by calling the team on (02) 8741 3300.

Merchandise Voucher

If your 2022 Membership includes a $30 merchandise voucher you will be able to redeem this by presenting the physical voucher on game day or entering the promo code in the checkout section of the online Roarstore. Please note this voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes and has a minimum spend of $60. You can only use one voucher per transaction. The same rules apply to our $15, $40 & $50 Merchandise Vouchers.

Non-Ticketed Membership

The best Membership option for Members who live interstate, overseas or cannot attend games but want to be a part of our great club. A Non-Ticketed Membership includes a 2021 Membership pack, along with access to all exclusive Member benefits.


Upon the purchase of a Wests Tigers Membership you are opted into the automatic rolling renewal program, which takes place at the end of the season or a date specified by the club. All Members are given a two-week window to opt-out of this automatic rollover, whereby the Member needs to complete the opt-out form. No opt-out requests will be accepted verbally over the phone.

Partial Payment Program

The partial payment program gives our Members the option to pay their 2022 Membership over equal instalments opposed to one instalment at the time of purchase. The first instalment occurs the day after the Membership purchase and then on the 11th of each Month following the purchase. All partial payment purchases incur a 3.09% administration fee on each instalment and a one off $5 fee on all new accounts. Failure to complete payments will result in game access being revoked. It is the Members responsibility to keep on top of payments and contact Debit Success should they need to make changes to their payment plan. Wests Tigers Supporter Plus, Club, Victoria, Queensland, Pet and Cub Membership packages cannot be purchased via the partial payment program.

Premium Reserved Membership

By purchasing a Premium Reserved Membership, you are allocated a set seat at the venue/s included in your 2022 Membership package. Please note that Premium Reserved seating does not guarantee seating within the Grandstand at Leichhardt Oval as it is close to capacity.

Refund Policy

Wests Tigers Memberships are non-refundable and Member benefits are non-transferable. Once a Membership has been purchased, Wests Tigers is under no obligation to provide a cancellation or refund. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and may only be considered in exceptional circumstances.

Rolling Renewal

The Rolling Renewal (automatic rollover) has been designed to remove the hassle from renewing your Membership and allows you to have your Membership automatically rolled over each season. You can choose whether to pay via equal monthly payments or one annual payment. Both options rollover each season, however you are provided with a window to upgrade, change or opt-out of your Membership prior to the renewal period. Upon purchase all Members are automatically opted into our ‘Rolling Renewal’ program as per our Terms & Conditions.

Same Seat Cut-off

Wests Tigers Premium Reserved Members from 2021 have until Tuesday, 30th November to renew their same premium reserved seat for 2022. After this date, all Premium Reserved seats that have not been renewed will be released for general sale and cannot be guaranteed.

Seating Requests

All premium reserved seating requests must be submitted in writing to All seating requests will be accessed post the same seat cut off on Tuesday, 30th November. Please note that due to seating availability not all seating requests can be met. Please note that by placing a seating request for the upcoming season you may be subject to missing pre-Christmas pack delivery.

Service and Handling Fee

A service and handling fee of $4.75 applies to all 2022 Membership transactions.

Updating your details
