Option 1: Pledge your Membership

1. What does it mean to Pledge your Membership?

By signing the pledge, you’re stating that no matter what happens this season, you will stand committed and maintain your Membership, showing support for your club and ensuring that Wests Tigers remain strong during this time and into the future. You are also stating that you are happy for the club to retain the fees paid for your 2020 Membership.

2. Why should I Pledge?

Members who choose to pledge their Membership will also receive exclusive benefits from the Club as a token of our appreciation, including:

  • First access to Wests Tigers games equivalent to your Membership package from Round 8 (subject to venue capacity and NSW Government Restrictions)
  • Exclusive first access to our new 2021 official team gear
  • Guaranteed to receive the limited-edition pin when renewing for 2021, no matter when you renew
  • Exclusive offers and benefits from our Wests Tigers partners

3. Who will benefit from the Pledge funds?

All 2020 Membership funds that are pledged will remain with the Club and will ensure the financial stability of the Wests Tigers as we emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic. The funds also ensure that we will be able to maintain a high level of service and provide maximum value for our Members in the future.

4. What happens if I am part of the partial payment program?

Following the selection of the pledge option, Members who are a part of the partial payment program will be emailed with an updated payment restart date, amount outstanding and final payment date of which you will need to respond, ‘I Approve’ for this to recommence. All 2020 partial payment accounts must be paid in full before a 2021 Membership can be purchased.

5. Which Membership packages does the pledge effect?

The pledge your Membership option effects all 2020 ticketed Members and Members who have purchased paper ticket packages; Tamworth, North of the Border, Magic Round and New Zealand.

6. Do I get allocated my same seat at the remaining games in 2020?

Due to the government restrictions around social distancing, you are unable to be allocated in your current seating allocation. You will be allocated a specific section and row. You will be required to social distance within these allocations.   

7. Will I retain my same seat in 2021?

To retain your same seat for 2021, Members are required to renew their Membership before the same seat cut-off date, approximately November 2020. All ticketed Members will be advised of the exact date closer to the time.

8. What if my membership is a General Admission membership?

Due to the government restrictions around social distancing, you will be required to be allocated a specific ticketing allocation. You will be allocated a specific section and row. You will be required to social distance within these allocations.  

9. What if I sit with other members?

At the time of redemption, you will be required to add each members’ barcode number in the ticketing password box. Please refer to our “How to redeem” email communications.

10. When will I find out about game access?

All eligible pledge Members will be emailed the week of round 8 with information regarding game access and the ticket redemption process. This process will be utilised for the remainder of the 2020 season.

11. Will my consecutive Membership Tenure stay the same if I choose this option?

Yes, your consecutive Membership tenure will continue by choosing this option, you will not have to start again from zero.

 

Option 2: Receive a Merchandise Credit for our Roarstore

1. How much is the value of the merchandise credit?

The merchandise credit is for the value of your membership that is assigned to game entry. To view the credit amount for your membership pack please click here

2. How and when will I receive the credit?

All merchandise credits will be in the form of an e-voucher for the Roarstore and will be emailed to eligible members from the 6th of July.

3. How long do I have to use the credit?

All merchandise credit vouchers must be used before the 31st of October 2020. There will be no extensions on this date.

4. Can I use this credit at a game?

Unfortunately not, all credits must be redeemed online through www.roarstore.com.au

5. How do I get access to games in 2020?

All 2020 Members who choose the merchandise credit option will not have access to games using their Membership cards. Tickets will need to be purchased through the Ticketek website using a unique code, please note these ticket allocations are subject to capacity.

6. Who can claim this option?

All full payment Members with Ticketed membership packages, including paper ticket packages, will be eligible to claim the merchandise voucher option.

7. Will my consecutive Membership Tenure stay the same if I choose this option?

Yes, your consecutive Membership tenure will continue by choosing this option, you will not have to start again from zero.

Please note: this option is not available for Debit Success Members.

 

Option 3: Rollover your Membership to 2021

1. What does the Rollover Membership option mean?

By choosing to rollover your Membership to 2021, 2020 Members who select this option will receive a complimentary Membership for 2021. This membership is the same package as 2020 and members will receive a digital card with no membership pack. Any Members wishing to add a Membership pack or a physical card to their 2021 Membership can choose to purchase this benefit once their 2021 Membership has been processed.

2. Can I change my Membership package in 2021 if I chose this option?

Members can choose to downgrade their membership package for 2021, however a refund will not be issued for the price difference. Any member wishing to do this must provide this in writing via email to membership@weststigers.com.au

3. Can I choose this option if I am part of the partial payment program?

2020 Members who are part of the partial payment program can choose this option, however all 2020 payments must be finalised prior to this Membership being processed. 2020 payments must be paid no later than December 31, 2020.

4. When will I receive my digital e-card for 2021?

All members who choose this option will receive their digital e-card prior to the commencement of the 2021 season.

5. Will I retain my same seat in 2021?

All Members who choose this option will retain their same seat in 2021 if they renew prior to the 2021 same seat cut off period.

6. How do I get access to games in 2020?

All 2020 Members who choose the rollover membership option will not have access to games using their Membership cards. Tickets will need to be purchased through the Ticketek website using a unique code, please note these ticket allocations are subject to capacity

7. Will my consecutive Membership Tenure stay the same if I choose this option?

Yes, your consecutive Membership tenure will continue by choosing this option, you will not have to start again from zero.
