Membership Upgrade Process

  1. Log into your account
  2. Continue through to purchase page
  3. Select ‘Cancel Order’ at the bottom of the screen
  4. Return to the packages page and make your new selection/s.
  5. Select quantity of each package required
  6. Progress to the next step
  7. Select desired Add on’s (optional)
  8. Continue through to the payment page
  9. Make sure all memberships are in the names of the members they are assigned to (these are the names that will appear on each card, if needed you can create more secondary account holders from this screen). Please ensure that each Family member has their own ‘secondary account’ created, including their DOB.
  10. Select Part or Full payment
  11. Enter your payment details
  12. Select ‘Submit payment’
  13. You will be greeted with a confirmation screen and a transaction confirmation will be sent to your email address.
