Website Advertising

As one of the most visited websites in the NRL, Wests Tigers website advertising is an effective way to engage Wests Tigers fans across a variety of demographics. 

Wests Tigers ask that all website advertisements are scheduled in with your account manager by the end of March, 2022. Whilst Wests Tigers will attempt to accomodate all preferred dates for advertisements, the club cannot guarantee your preferred date will be available — making earlier communication much preferable.

Website creative should be provided to Wests Tigers no less than one week prior to the scheduled start date for your advertisement. 

In addition to the below size requirements for advertisements, Wests Tigers also ask that your logo is provided in eps, ai, png and jpg format to ensure the club can include the logo on our website and corporate partners page where applicable.

Email Direct Marketing (EDMs)

Wests Tigers have three primary EDM databases who receive weekly communications from the club during the course of the season:

• Members EDM — Approximately 10,000 subscribers
• Supporters EDM — Approximately 20,000 subscribers
• Corporate EDM — Approximately 1,000 subscribers 

Wests Tigers ask that all EDM creatives are scheduled in with your account manager by the end of March, 2022. Whilst Wests Tigers will attempt to accomodate all preferred dates for EDM inclusions, the club cannot guarantee your preferred date will be available — making earlier communication much preferable.

EDM creative should be provided to Wests Tigers no less than one week prior to the scheduled send date for the EDM containing your inclusion.

Social Media Promotions

Wests Tigers social media channels extend to a reach of over 450,000 people worldwide. All social campaigns need to be scheduled by the end of March, 2021 in order to ensure best delivery and execution for both organisations.

All creative needs to be provided to the Wests Tigers no less than one (1) week prior to the scheduled post live date for all social media platforms. Any deliverables that are not scheduled before the end of the contract date will not be rolled over to the following year, unless discussed otherwise with both organisations.

Facebook

Wests Tigers have over 266,000 likes on its official Facebook page. We recommend that creatives are supplied in the following formats:

Twitter

Wests Tigers have over 90,000 followers of its official Twitter account. For Twitter campaigns, creative needs to be supplied in the following formats: 

Instagram stories

Wests Tigers have over 128,000 followers of its official Instagram account. We recommend that creatives are supplied in the following formats for story posts:

Wests Tigers have over 3,000 followers of its official LinkedIn account. We recommend that creatives are supplied in the following formats:

Use of Intellectual Property

As per your contact you have the use of Wests Tigers Intellectual Property. Any use of Wests Tigers IP must firstly be approved by the club prior to release.
