Exclusive Experiences

Wests Tigers have a wider range of money-can't-buy experiences available.

Your account manager will liaise with you in regards to scheduling the experiences that may be listed in your contract. If you have an unallocated experience, your account manager will outline what you will be able to choose from.

If your contracted experience takes place at a Wests Tigers home game, please ensure that you schedule the experience in four weeks prior to the game of choice. Please note that while Wests Tigers will attempt to fulfil your requests as best as possible, the club cannot guarantee your preference of game.

Activations

There are four types of game day activations available:

  • Precinct — outside the field of play in the venue's precinct
  • On-field pre-game — on the field of play prior to kickoff 
  • In-game — held during the game (e.g. donations for every try scored)
  • On-field half-time — on the field of play during the half-time break

Please see the below timetable and actionable list for game day activations. While Wests Tigers will attempt to fulfil your requests as best as possible, the club cannot guarantee your preference of game for any on-field activations.

TVCs and Live Reads

TVCs are 15-second advertisements that are played on the big screen at Wests Tigers home games. TVCs need to be provided to Wests Tigers no less than two weeks prior to the scheduled game. TVC should be provided in a .mp4 or .mov file format while meeting the 1920 x 1080 pixels requirements.

Live reads are scripted announcements that occur throughout the game and are read by the game day ground announcer. The script must not exceed 10 seconds and are to be supplied to Wests Tigers no less than two weeks prior to the scheduled game.
