Ticketing

• You can purchase at the venue with ticket box offices open from 12:15pm–3:15pm
• Please download your membership or tickets prior to arriving to the venue
• Pass-outs are available at the venue; ticket scanning is required on exit and re entry 

Parking

• Free public transport is included in your match day ticket 
• Parking availability is limited around the venue – although you can use the Parramatta Council parking finder  for locations and further information.

Wests Tigers Membership Support

• Membership Staff will be allocated at Gate B marquee and box office  
• See our Membership team on the day for any enquiries
• Our Membership team will be available from 12:15pm until 3:15pm
• Be sure to visit us at the Membership marquee to start collecting your limited-edition player postcards. These are exclusively available to Members, so don’t forget to bring your Member card with you.

Thanks to our match day partner Pepper Money who are giving you the chance to win $2000. As part of their “Play it Forward” campaign, Pepper money and Wests Tigers are shining a light on everyday moments of help and bringing them alive on match day. Share your story for the chance to be selected as one of two fans competing in an on-field halftime challenge at each CommBank match in 2026. The winner from each round will come back during Round 22 to be part of the finals series where the winner will take home $2000 thanks to Pepper money. Runners up will receive a $100 Roar Store voucher.
