Backrower Adam Blair says the Wests Tigers need to take the game to South Sydney at ANZ Stadium this Friday night.

The Kiwi international says Souths big forward pack means his team need to play smart against the competition leaders.

If we sit back and let them play their footy, I think we are going to be in a lot of trouble, Blair told Wests Tigers TV.

We have to use our skill and try to move them around more. A big team wants you to run straight at them so they can just dominate you.

Blair admits he is one player who needs to increase his workload.

I need to be more involved and try and show what I can do, he said.

Everyone knows what I can do. I have just got to put it on the field now.

It is a little bit hard when you have lost six straight. Once we get a win, everyone will see the better of me.
