Wests Tigers have confirmed their Round 15 VB NSW Cup team to take on the Newtown Jets on Saturday, June 21 from 3:00pm AEST at Leichhardt Oval.
Having won their last four matches heading into the Round 14 bye, Wests Tigers will be buoyed by a return to one of their two home grounds this weekend — having played nine of their opening 13 games away from home to start the year.
With all Wests Tigers 2014 members gaining free entry to the ground, NSW Cup Coach Paul Fletcher urged all members and fans to get along to Leichhardt Oval this weekend and watch the only Wests Tigers grade take the field this weekend.
Fletcher has again named a strong team this weekend, with several NRL stars in Kurtis Rowe, Marika Koroibete, Jack Buchanan and Sitaleki Akauola all present.
James Gavet has also been named to make his long-awaited return from injury, while Mitchell Moses returns in the halves following a successful stint in NYC last week.
Kick-off for the match is scheduled for 3:00pm at Leichhardt Oval.
