Wests Tigers' NYC Holden Cup dates have been announced, with the Club set to play the Brisbane Broncos in their semifinal on Friday, September 19.
Kickoff for the match is scheduled for 5:15pm AEST at Allianz Stadium, ahead of the NRL semifinal between the Sydney Roosters and North Queensland Cowboys.
Wests Tigers made it through to the semifinals after beating South Sydney Rabbitohs 28-24 in their elimination final, while the Broncos went down 32-26 to the Parramatta Eels, leaving them now in a do-or-die clash against the confidence-filled Wests Tigers.
The two teams have only met once this year during the regular season, with Wests Tigers recording a commanding 42-10 victory over the Broncos in Round 11.
The winner of this match will go on to play the St. George-Illawarra Dragons in a preliminary final next week — battling it out for a place in the 2014 Grand Final.
