Wests Tigers would like to congratulate Aaron Woods on being named the 2014 Player’s Player at today’s Grand Final Luncheon.

Woods played 21 of a possible 24 games for the Club this year, missing just three due to State of Origin commitments with New South Wales.

The Leichhardt Junior topped the votes from his fellow teammates throughout 2014, which were tallied up after every match this year.

Woods scored four tries this year and averaged 130 metres and 31 tackles per game.

The 23-year-old has been selected in the Australian train-on squad for the upcoming Four Nations and will travel to Papua New Guinea with the Prime Minister’s XIII team.
