Wests Tigers welcomed 2016 recruit Jordan Rankin to the Club today, with a number of new squad members present for an induction with the coaching staff at Concord.

Rankin, who returns to Australia after two seasons in Super League with Hull FC, said it was great to meet the coaching staff and fellow new recruits ahead of pre-season training next week.

“We’ve done a bit of screening today,” Rankin said. “JT (Jason Taylor) and the coaching staff have taken us aroundto have a look at all the facilities here.

“He has brought the new guys in a bit earlier to make us feel comfortable with our surroundings and explain to us what is going to be happen throughout pre-season.

“I’ve really enjoyed my first day here at Wests Tigers and hopefully it leads into a big 2016 season.”

The 23-year-old can play fullback, centre or in the halves and made his NRL debut for the Gold Coast Titans in 2008.
