ISP Team Announcement: Round 20

Western Suburbs Magpies Intrust Super Premiership Coach Brett Hodgson has named his side to take on Blacktown Workers Sea Eagles for their Round 20 clash.

Kickoff for the match is at 12:45pm AEST on Saturday, July 28 from Lottoland.

Live coverage of the match is available via FOX League as Western Suburbs look to bounce back from a run of three straight defeats and keep their hopes at a top four finish alive with five games to play.

Hodgson's side showed glimpses of the form that had them primed for a potential minor premiership push in a last start defeat to the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs, but they'll need to improve on their defence this week as they take on a Sea Eagles outfit who sit just one point outside the top eight.

Western Suburbs did get the win when these two teams met earlier in the year at Leichhardt Oval, but will field a very different looking lineup this weekend with several players unavailable for selection.

Malakai Watene-Zelezniak's inclusion on the wing sees Lucas Price move to the centres in place of Toni Tali, while Jacob Liddle is also a key return after missing last week's loss with illness.

Joseph Ratu and Cowen Epere start in the front row with both Tim Grant and Oliver Clark unavailable, while 2018 Development squad forward Sam McIntyre starts in the back row alongside Chris McQueen.

Jersey Flegg players Ben Seufale, Alex Seyfarth and Connelly Lemuelu have been named on the bench.
