Wests Tigers 2019 NRL Draw

Wests Tigers' 2019 Telstra Premiership draw has today been unveiled with the club to play in a number of blockbuster games across its home grounds.

Wests Tigers Members and supporters will get to see the team kick off the season with three home games, the first time the club has had such a draw since the 2003 season.

The team will open their 2019 season against the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles at Leichhardt Oval with a 5:30pm Saturday game, before taking on the New Zealand Warriors at Campbelltown Sports Stadium the following week in a twilight Sunday game.

In Round 3, Wests Tigers return to Campbelltown Sports Stadium for a huge clash against the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs, with the Sunday afternoon game the first time the Bulldogs have played in South West Sydney since 2011.

Wests Tigers' first away game of 2019 is a trip to the foot of the mountains to take on the Penrith Panthers at Panthers Stadium on Friday night. After not making the trip north of the border at all in 2018 Wests Tigers' Queensland fans will get to see the team early next season with a Round 5 game against the Brisbane Broncos at Suncorp Stadium.

Wests Tigers' traditional Easter Monday clash with the Parramatta Eels has a new home in 2019, with the game to open the brand new Western Sydney Stadium in a game not to be missed.

The ANZAC Round will see Wests Tigers return to Tamworth, with the Gold Coast Titans to make the trip to Scully Park in 2019. This Round 7 clash will kick off at 5:30pm on the Saturday evening.

The following week sees Wests Tigers head to the SCG to take on the 2018 Premiers the Sydney Rooster on Saturday night. In Round 9 Wests Tigers are set to take part in the first ever NRL Magic Round, with the club taking its home game against the Penrith Panthers to Brisbane's Suncorp Stadium, with kick off scheduled for 6:00pm on the Friday night.

Next up Wests Tigers head south to take on the Melbourne Storm at AAMI Park. After get the two points against the Storm in both game in 2018 the team will be looking for another strong showing in this Thursday night blockbuster.

Wests Tigers make their first trip to ANZ Stadium in Round 11 to face the South Sydney Rabbitohs in a crucial game ahead of the bye.

In Round 13 Wests Tigers will play their first home game at the brand new Western Sydney Stadium, with the Canberra Raiders making the trip to Sydney for the Friday night game.

Wests Tigers snapped a four game losing streak against the Raiders in Round 22 this season and will be keen to continue this form in 2019. Round 14 sees the team make the trek to Townsville to take on the North Queensland Cowboys on Friday night.

Wests Tigers return to Western Sydney Stadium in Round 15, when the team takes on the South Sydney Rabbitohs for the second time in just over a month, with the two teams to take to the field on Thursday night.

The run of Western Sydney Stadium home games continue in Round 16 with Wests Tigers to face the Sydney Roosters in the State of Origin stand down round.

The following week the team returns to Western Sydney Stadium for a huge clash against the Parramatta Eels on Sunday afternoon.

Rounds 18 and 19 see Wests Tigers hit the road again, firstly to Canberra to face the Raiders on Saturday  before heading to Newcastle for a Friday evening clash with the Knights. In Round 20 the team returns to Leichhardt Oval for the second time in 2019 for a Thursday night game against the North Queensland Cowboys.

The team has had some strong victories against the Cowboys at Leichhardt Oval and will be keen to continue this trend in 2019.

The team returns to ANZ Stadium in round 21 to take on the Bulldogs before making the trip to the Northern Beaches in Round 22.

Wests Tigers return to Campbelltown Sports Stadium for the final time in 2019 in Round 23, with the Newcastle Knights coming to town for a Saturday twilight game.

In Round 24 Wests Tigers take on the St. George-Illawarra Dragons for the first time in 2019, with the two sides to clash at the SCG on Sunday afternoon.

Wests Tigers finish off the home and away season with a clash against the Cronulla Sharks on Sunday afternoon at Leichhardt Oval.
