Wests Tigers have today launched a new logo for 2019, commemorating the club's 20th season in the NRL.
The new Wests Tigers logo will be used throughout 2019, including on all playing jerseys and official club merchandise.
Wests Tigers Chair Marina Go said 2019 was set to be an important year in the history of Wests Tigers.
"In 2019 we will celebrate 20 years since our two shareholders, Wests Magpies and Balmain Tigers, joined together to form Wests Tigers," said Go.
"While we are focused on a successful future for the club, we seek to honour our past during this milestone year."
Wests Tigers CEO Justin Pascoe said the new logo provided an opportunity for the club to kick off its 20th anniversary celebrations.
"The 2019 season is a key one for Wests Tigers as we celebrate 20 seasons in the NRL," said Pascoe. "In designing the new logo we wanted to create something that will appeal to our Members and fans and also stand out on our playing strip and we believe we hit the mark with this one.
"Our club has come a long way in those 20 seasons and has provided some great memories over that time for everyone involved and those who support Wests Tigers," he said. "As we head into 2019 we're now in a strong position both on and off the field and are building a club that everyone can be proud of."
Throughout 2019 there will be a number of opportunities for Members and supporters to join Wests Tigers in celebrating its 20th season in the NRL with details to be released over the coming months.
