It was a weekend of highs and lows for Wests Tigers in Round 7 with contrasting results across the respective competitions.

A come-from-behind 30-14 win over the Gold Coast Titans in Tamworth for the NRL side on Saturday was followed by a similarly tough 32-22 win for Western Suburbs Magpies in Canterbury Cup on Sunday in two extremely good results for the club, but the news wasn't as good for the Jersey Flegg and two women's teams.

Despite tough results, the performances were still extremely positive for the women's teams — Tarsha Gale coming within a whisker of qualifying for their first ever Grand Final while the Harvey Norman NSW Women's Premiership team pushed a Cronulla Sharks side loaded with internationals all the way in their game.

Wests Tigers will take on the Sydney Roosters in all four grades in Round 8, with the Canterbury Cup and Harvey Norman Women's sides facing the North Sydney sides.
