Wests Tigers five-eighth Ben Stevanovic

Wests Tigers will look to make it five wins in a row today when they take on the Victoria Thunderbolts today at Campbelltown Sports Stadium in a bid to keep their finals hopes alive.

The Jersey Flegg match will be played as the curtain-raiser to today's must-win NRL fixture between Wests Tigers and Newcastle, with the home side full of confidence after a dominant upset win over the Penrith Panthers last weekend.

Coach Wayne Lambkin has retained the same 17 players that got the job done last week, with Development Players Zac Cini and Henry Lealuga-Puhotoa both named.

Heading in to Round 23 in ninth position, Wests Tigers can move back in to the top eight for the first time in over two months with a win — something that looked a far reach before a run of wins over the Knights, Sea Eagles, Bulldogs and Panthers.

Victoria Thunderbolts have won just one game outside of Melbourne all season and head in to the match in 12th position with no chance of playing finals football.

Wests Tigers got the job done with a 34-10 victory when the two sides met earlier this season, and they'll be hoping for more of the same on Saturday afternoon as they look to continue their good form this year at Campbelltown.

Kickoff for the match is at 3:15pm AEST — click here for all live scores.
