Wests Tigers Head Coach Michael Maguire has updated his 19-man side to take on the Cronulla Sharks at Leichhardt Oval for their sudden-death Round 25 clash this Sunday afternoon.

Kickoff for the match is at 2:00pm AEST with the winner of Sunday's game to confirm their spot in the 2019 Telstra Premiership finals series.

After good wins over the Knights and Dragons in the past fortnight, Maguire has confirmed an unchanged lineup from the one named earlier in the week.

Maguire has retained hooker Robbie Farah and outside back Tommy Talau in the 19-man squad for Sunday's game following the squad's final training run today at Leichhardt Oval. Captain Moses Mbye won't feature after failing to return from a hip flexor injury, while Chris McQueen also drops out of the updated squad.

With Mbye sidelined, Benji Marshall will captain the side once again while Josh Reynolds brings up his 150th NRL game after being named at hooker.

For the Sharks, Matt Moylan won't return from injury with Coach John Morris instead selecting Josh Dugan in the fullback spot. Shaun Johnson is expected to play at five-eighth despite being under an injury cloud following last week's game.

Wests Tigers will confirm their final 17-man team list to face the Sharks one hour prior to kickoff on Sunday (1:00pm AEST).
