Judiciary Report: Round 1

Sydney Roosters representative back-rower Angus Crichton will miss Sunday’s clash against Wests Tigers after being charged over a crusher tackle offence.

Crichton will miss one match after being handed a grade one charge over a 36th-minute incident involving Manly-Warringah forward Taniela Paseka at the SCG.

The Roosters, however, will be able to name Kiwis prop Jared Waerea-Hargreaves for the clash at Campbelltown Sports Stadium after he only copped a fine for his contrary conduct charge.

No Wests Tigers players were charged from the side's Round 1 clash against Canberra Raiders on Sunday afternoon, while five-eighth Adam Doueihi is available this weekend after serving his suspension.

Cronulla Sharks centre Jesse Ramien is set for a three week stint on the sidelines for a reckless high tackle charge in his side's win over St George Illawarra Dragons.

Warriors halfback Chanel Harris-Tavita, Bulldogs winger Nick Cotric and Sharks prop Aiden Tolman were all issued with fines for minor offences.
