Match Report: NSW Cup Round 12 vs Sea Eagles

Western Suburbs Magpies have suffered a 50-30 loss to Blacktown Workers Sea Eagles in Round 12 of the Knock On Effect NSW Cup in Blacktown.

The Magpies led 18-16 at the break but conceded 34 second-half points, including seven tries.

Wests got off to a bright start leading 12-0 after 15 minutes after tries to prop Jordan Miller and hooker Tallyn Da Silva.

The Manly feeder team then piled on three unanswered tries, before Magpies centre Solomone Saukuru found the line to give his team a 2-point lead at the break.

The home side stepped up a gear in the second period with winger Jaxon Paulo scoring a second half hat-trick, and four for the match.  His teammate and fullback Clayton Faulalo also scored four tries for the match in the 11-tries-to-five rout.
