The Wests Tigers Jersey Flegg squad are heading south to Jubilee Stadium for a clash with the Cronulla Sharks in their first finals appearance since 2022.
Kicking off this Saturday in Kogarah at 11.00am, they’ll be as eager as ever to
get the better of Cronulla for the second time this season with the
goal of advancing to Finals Week 2.
Having fallen to sixth place with three games to play in the regular
season, the Tigers had to navigate a tough path to achieve a finals
berth.
A dramatic ending in their most recent match against the Rabbitohs saw the live ladder change three times in the final 10 minutes, but the Tigers did just enough to clinch fifth position with a 24-all draw.
Jack Attard remains the fullback, whilst Glassie Glassie slides out to
the wing to make way for Xavier Tauaifaiga at centre.
Heith Pritchard and Ryder Huth pair up in the halves once more, and
the forward pack sees a single change with Blake Van Drie coming in at
lock.
