The Wests Tigers have confirmed the venues that Members will have access to during the 2027 NRL Telstra Premiership season, ahead of the launch of the Club’s Membership campaign and packages for next year.
The Tigers will primarily play out of two venues next season – Campbelltown Sports Stadium and CommBank Stadium – while Leichhardt Oval undergoes redevelopment works.
The Tigers will play six games in South West Sydney during the 2027 regular season – the most since 2002 – off the back of an historic 15-year agreement between the Club and Campbelltown City Council, underpinned by a $50 million stadium redevelopment.
As confirmed by the Club in 2024 in an agreement with Venues NSW, there will be four games played at CommBank Stadium next season, including the Easter Monday blockbuster against the Parramatta Eels.
Benji Marshall’s side will participate in Magic Round as a ‘home’ team once again in 2027, with an additional fixture to be taken on the road as the Club navigates both of its spiritual homes being unavailable for at least the next two seasons.
Wests Tigers CEO, Shaun Mielekamp said the Club playing the majority of its home fixtures at Campbelltown Stadium was significant.

“Playing the bulk of our games at Campbelltown Stadium is critical to our strategy in the region and lays the foundation for the work we’ll be doing through our pathways, in the community and to support participation in rugby league.

“We’re excited at taking this first step in in our agreement, which will ultimately see seven games at Campbelltown Stadium from 2029 onwards.”
Mayor of Campbelltown, Cr Darcy Lound said the commitment to bring six Wests Tigers games to Campbelltown in 2027 demonstrated the strength of the partnership and the shared ambition for the future of rugby league in the region.

On the venue that’s yet to be announced, Mielekamp said it was part of a strategy to engage with Wests Tigers fans more broadly while Leichhardt Oval and then Campbelltown Stadium are unavailable.
“We’re looking forward to seeing a redeveloped Leichhardt Oval and Campbelltown Stadium over the next few seasons, we know how important both those projects are to our Club,” Mielekamp added.
“While it creates some challenges for us logistically, it also creates an opportunity to engage with Wests Tigers fans outside of our catchment.
“Since joining the Club I’ve been blown away by how far the Wests Tigers brand reaches, and our research shows just how active our supporters are right across the eastern seaboard and beyond.
“Bringing the Wests Tigers to fans who don’t get to see us week in and week out is something we’re looking forward to doing during this period.”
Information on Wests Tigers Membership packages for the 2027 season, will be available in the coming days.
Venue selection for the 2027 NRL Telstra Women’s Premiership season will be dependent on the completion of the draw in mid-November, with a minimum of two games to be played at Campbelltown Sports Stadium as part of the Club’s agreement with Campbelltown City Council.
