The Wests Tigers are pleased to announce the re-signing of talented hooker Salma Nour for the 2027 season.
The 23-year-old played a key role in helping the team make the 2026 NRLW finals for the first time under Head Coach Craig Sandercock.
A Wests Tigers foundation player in 2023, Nour started at hooker in all but one game in 2026, scoring four tries in her 11 appearances.
A cunning dummy-half, Nour has crossed for nine tries in her 28 games for the Club.
“I’m really pleased to be coming back here next season and I’m so excited to go around again with ‘Sandy’ and the girls,” Nour said.
“I feel like as a group, we’re moving in such a great direction and it’s a privilege to be part of this.”
Sandercock said Nour deserved her new contract after making the most of her opportunity.
"Salma really stepped up this season. She came back into the side as a replacement ahead of 2026 and made the starting hooker position her own,'' Sandercock said.
"She is a quality dummy-half who has worked very hard on her game. The rewards are starting to come through.”
