The successful candidate will work closely with the Wests Tigers coaching and pathways staff to implement a program to deliver on short-term performance objectives with the long-term goal of a successful NRLW team (application pending) from 2023.

With a contemporary approach to delivering elite development of female players, the role will be responsible for developing key performance metrics in line with the Wests Tigers principles and a game plan that delivers competitive advantage based on the strengths of the playing roster.

The role requires strong inclusive leadership, excellent communication skills, a willingness to create an open and transparent learning environment for players and staff by respecting and listening to feedback and the patience and understanding to support players as athletes and as people.

About You

You have an ability to create connections with (and for) your players and build the confidence in them required to perform through your understanding of female performance attributes.

You can manage yourself, others, and the program schedule to suit the nature of the season, individual player and/or team requirements including after-hours commitments.
