Wests Tigers Empower exists to create brighter futures for young people across the Inner West and South‑West, tackling youth disengagement, unemployment, and unhealthy relationships through targeted school‑based programs.

Wests Tigers Empower Programs
The Wests Tigers Empower programs equip young people with real‑world skills to thrive in school, work and life.
Stripes for Success builds leadership and confidence through hands‑on activities that teach students the behaviours of success. The program saw strong delivery in 2025, including an all‑girls leadership cohort at Ambarvale High School.
Classroom to Careers helps students discover meaningful pathways beyond school, especially those not pursuing the HSC or an ATAR. Engagement continued to grow across 2025 as more schools adopted the program
Healthy Relationships & Community starts essential conversations about respect, positive behaviour and preventing gender‑based violence. In 2025, program delivery increased by 80%, its biggest year of growth yet.
Across all three programs, 2025 saw consistent growth in school participation and implementation, highlighting rising community impact and demand.
