Wests Tigers will host this year’s annual Easter Monday fixture against Parramatta Eels at Bankwest Stadium.
This fixture will be a fully reserved ticketed event, therefore, general admission members that include Bankwest Stadium are required to redeem a complimentary reserved ticket for this match.
Below is an outline of very important information for our 2020 Wests Tigers General Admission Members. Please read through this information carefully to ensure you are granted access to the Round 5 fixture.
YOU MUST REDEEM A COMPLIMENTARY RESERVED SEAT TICKET
General Admission Members are required to RESERVE a seat for the Easter Monday fixture at no cost. This can be done by entering your BARCODE NUMBER shown on your Membership card in the PASSWORD SECTION.
General Admission Members wishing to be seated together MUST redeem their complimentary reserved seat tickets during the same transaction (refer to instructions below).
THE DEADLINE IS 4:00pm FRIDAY 10th April 2020
While General Admission Members have until 4:00pm Friday 10th April 2020 to redeem their complimentary reserved seat ticket, we strongly advise General Admission Members to redeem their reserved seat ticket at their earliest convenience. Any unredeemed seating set aside for General Admission Members will be released for public sale by 5.00pm Friday 10th April 2020.
YOU CAN PURCHASE ADDITIONAL TICKETS
General Admission Member have the opportunity to purchase 1 additional ticket for friends and family when redeeming their complimentary ticket. Tickets will be assigned together if completed during the one transaction. Standard Ticketek fees apply when purchasing additional tickets.
YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD WILL NOT SCAN
General Admission cards will NOT scan at the turnstiles, hence the requirement to redeem a reserved seat ticket. The Membership team will NOT be able to assist General Admission with tickets on match day if they have not redeemed their reserved seat ticket.
HOW TO REDEEM (AND PURCHASE ADDITIONAL) TICKET/S
To redeem your complimentary reserved seat ticket (and purchase additional tickets):
1. Visit the Ticketek Event Page
2. Have your BARCODE NUMBER/S shown on the rear of your Membership card ready.
3. Enter the BARCODE NUMBER/S in the PASSWORD SECTION of the event page and select GET TICKETS. If you’re redeeming multiple complimentary reserved seat tickets for multiple General Admission Members, add all BARCODE NUMBERS in the PASSWORD SECTION.
4. If adding multiple barcodes in the PASSWORD SECTION, please enter as per example below:

5. Select BEST AVAILABLE and a complimentary reserved seat ticket will be offered for every valid General Admission Member barcode that has been entered in the PASSWORD SECTION on the previous page. Select ‘Easter Monday Member Upgrade’ for each member barcode that was entered.
6. Add on your additional ticket if you wish to purchase for family or friends to ensure you are seated together.
7. Proceed to payment and complete your transaction.
It’s important to note that this communication is relevant to our General Admission Bankwest Members ONLY. Other Wests Tigers Premium Reserved membership cards will be valid for entry for the Easter Monday fixture.
