The purpose for generating donations for elite development is to bridge the gap between the non-player football spend salary cap and the funds available within the club's budget.
The gap highlights the need and urgency for revenue streams like the Foundation to put the club on an even playing field with the competition.
Historically we have seen the direct correlation, between this non-player spend and success on the field. Therefore, it can be stated that donations for the improvement of elite development will have a direct impact on the success of the team.
The Foundation has provided and will continue assist our elite playing squad through:
- Latest sports science technology
- State of the art wrestling gym
- Gym facility and equipment
- Additional football support staff
- Food and nutrition supplements
